Sharing public information
Sharing sends a public page link through your own device or app. We do not send messages to recipients, collect their contact details, or subscribe them to anything. Search filters and location are included only when you choose them. QR codes are generated locally. Printouts contain public information and do not include entered form details or account information.
Website analytics and feedback
We use PostHog to understand visits, searches, provider interest, and technical problems. Browser identifiers and, when signed in, an internal account ID connect activity across visits. This is not fully anonymous. Analytics does not include your account name, email, passwords, or form messages.
Search reports include only approved short directory terms. Other text is replaced with a redacted label. URLs sent to analytics omit search text and authentication tokens. Approximate locations come from network information.
We sample masked session recordings to troubleshoot problems. Inputs and page text are masked; feedback and private sections are blocked. We do not record request bodies, authorization headers, or console contents. Recordings are retained for 30 days.
Feedback messages and reply addresses are stored in our restricted support inbox and sent to our team through Resend. We remove resolved feedback from the app after 90 days and other feedback after one year, once active delivery attempts have finished. Email copies and backups may remain under their separate retention settings. PostHog receives a feedback reference and permitted session context, never the original message or email. Please do not submit medical or other sensitive information.
You can turn off analytics and recordings here or in the footer. We also respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Feedback still works when analytics is off.
