Bilingual housing counselors identify homeownership opportunities for first-time, low-income homebuyers. They work with you to develop a personal plan toward homeownership that starts with pre-purchase guidance. Pre-purchase counseling enables you as a future homeowner to determine if you are ready to purchase a home. If you qualify, they can also help you obtain grants toward your home purchase.
