Intercultural's Housing Counseling Program (HCP) successful encourages and assists participants to become – and importantly – remain homeowners. HCP enhances home management skills, to sustain your family in a stable housing environment, and to help individuals become successful homeowners through wise money management and budgeting. The main focus of the program is foreclosure prevention counseling in response to the current housing crisis and its impact on Philadelphia's low-income families.
